St. Charles Mission Statement 
 St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church is an inclusive 
community of Christians rooted in the Eucharist and God’s 
Word. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and our 
patron, St. Charles Borromeo, we witness our faith in the 
risen Christ through the responsible discipleship in 
sacramental celebrations, commitment to lifelong holistic 
education, lay ministries, neighborhood renewal and the 
continuation of the best of our Catholic traditions.

St. Hyacinth Mission Statement 
A Roman Catholic Faith Community in central Toledo, rich 
in our Polish Heritage, St. Hyacinth Parish welcomes all 
persons to participate in its life and outreach according to the 
Gospel of Jesus Christ.
